About the role

Valor Global is seeking a Healthcare Specialist to join its on‑site team in Laguna. In this full‑time position you will provide professional, patient‑focused support to clients and customers, translating medical concepts into clear, actionable information.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to healthcare‑related inquiries and guide individuals through appropriate procedures and resources.
• Review, document, and maintain accurate health‑related information in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support EMT or medical protocols when required and ensure confidentiality of all patient data.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing training, and utilize Valor Global’s systems and tools to uphold service quality.

Required profile

• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare practices, basic medical terminology, and patient‑centered service.
• EMT certification or comparable emergency/clinical training, with a willingness to continue learning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex information empathetically.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, clinical support, or medical customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Laguna full‑time, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to relevant healthcare regulations.
