Healthcare Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

SmartScale360 is seeking a remote Healthcare Recruiter based in the Philippines to support its U.S. clients. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for U.S.‑based positions, including job posting, screening, interviewing and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in ATS/CRM systems.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Support onboarding to ensure smooth transition for new hires.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable remote work setup with Intel i5 (or better), 8 GB RAM, 100 Mbps internet and backup power.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking or recruitment platforms such as JobAdder, Workable or Greenhouse.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting recruitment metrics.
