Healthcare Project Manager

About the role

The Healthcare Project Manager will act as a catalyst for assigned clinical teams, driving processes, ensuring activities stay on track, and delivering value‑focused results. You will support project planning, data preparation, case selection, and coordination with medical carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure client‑ready deliverables.
• Coordinate communications and logistics with medical carriers and HCC Navigator clinical review teams.
• Extract and analyze data from tools such as the Compass database and Excel to support case identification.
• Prepare client reports, executive summaries, FAQs, and presentation decks for annual meetings.
• Identify process and data improvement opportunities while maintaining data confidentiality.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or insurance carrier environments.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience extracting data from databases and data‑management tools (e.g., Compass).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
