Healthcare Operations Supervisor – Provider Services

About the role

The Healthcare Operations Supervisor – Provider Services leads multiple support teams that handle provider‑related inquiries such as claims, eligibility, payments, appeals and EOBs. Based onsite in Makati with the possibility to work from home after training, the role ensures teams meet performance, quality, compliance and provider experience targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of several Provider Services teams across different channels.
• Coach and hold Team Leaders accountable for productivity, quality, attendance and service‑level goals.
• Monitor and analyze metrics, dashboards and trends to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Workforce Management to secure staffing levels and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Quality and Training to maintain compliance, resolve recurring issues and promote a Zero Error Mindset.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, implement process improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience supervising call‑center or healthcare support teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and escalation handling abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare provider services, claims processing and compliance standards.
