About the role
R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Taguig City. The role provides patient-facing support and education on billing, payments, insurance and appointments, working in an on-site setup within a growing healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Educate patients on balance billing, payment processing and available payment arrangements
- Resolve disputes and collect accurate insurance information
- Verify benefits and eligibility, set appointments and follow up on treatments
- Coordinate with doctors' offices to secure authorizations
- Provide general patient support
Required profile
- Completed at least 2 years of a BS Nursing degree or another medical-related course
- At least 12 months of BPO voice experience
- Ability to work in an on-site setup in Taguig
- Flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts
