Healthcare Cold Caller – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a confident, results‑driven Healthcare Cold Caller to join our growing remote team. You will engage with doctors, clinics and other medical offices, helping to generate qualified leads for our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Call healthcare providers and medical offices using an assigned Excel database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve call scripts.
• Qualify leads, identify opportunities and document all interactions in Salesforce.
• Transfer qualified accounts to the Sales Manager and meet daily/weekly call targets.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication on every outbound call.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with a professional American accent.
• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting or healthcare outreach is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with doctors' offices and healthcare professionals.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized and goal‑oriented.
• Open to candidates located in developing countries in Asia or Latin America.
