About the role

The Medical City Ortigas is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead the hospital’s operational functions, ensuring high‑quality patient care while driving efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, improve revenue generation, and meet organizational objectives.
• Lead patient‑experience initiatives that increase satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee quality‑assurance programs to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Direct short‑ and long‑term business planning, define KPIs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, guiding change‑management projects and organizational transitions.
• Collaborate with medical staff, executives, and external partners to align operational goals.

Required profile

• Degree in any clinical specialty or a postgraduate qualification in healthcare administration.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience within a healthcare services environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence in a hospital or similar setting.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex projects.
