Head of Finance (CPA)

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Head of Finance who holds a CPA qualification to lead its finance team. The role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing insightful analysis to senior management to support cost‑efficient decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily finance team activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Analyze monthly financial statements of business units and deliver performance insights.
• Oversee preparation and timely filing of all tax requirements in line with BIR regulations.
• Implement and refine standard operating procedures to strengthen financial controls and improve team efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes to maintain audit‑ready records.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in finance leadership.
• Proven track record of managing finance operations in a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance team.
