About the role

The Head of Earth & Environment will lead the Earth and Environment business unit within WSP, a world‑leading professional services firm. Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence while delivering projects that create positive community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Earth & Environment portfolio.
• Ensure operational excellence across all project delivery phases.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align services with client and sustainability goals.
• Represent the business unit in corporate initiatives and industry forums.

• Proven senior leadership experience in environmental or earth‑related services.
• Strong track record of strategic planning and business development.
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive operational performance.
