Guest Communications & Reservations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Reservations and Guest Experience to lead our vacation‑rental marketing strategy. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving bookings through OTA optimization and guest communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Optimize OTA listings on platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, Marriott, VRBO to achieve top rankings.
• Lead campaigns that generate leads and increase bookings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and launch promotional strategies.
• Create creative campaigns to inform clients and prospects about our products and services.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to improve future strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in vacation‑rental, travel or hospitality.
• Strong multitasking ability and excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with marketing tools.
• Experience using analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with OTA management tools.
