About the role

We are seeking a product operations professional with deep knowledge of the Philippine market to drive growth for our AI‑powered keyboard. You will act as the bridge between local users and the product team, shaping the experience through community engagement, research, and data‑driven operational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture local user communities on platforms such as Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, including planning events, co‑creation programs, and incentive campaigns.
• Conduct market and user research—interviews, surveys, competitor analysis—to generate insight reports that guide product and business decisions.
• Use the product daily to identify experience gaps, collect feedback, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for design, engineering, and localization.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and paid conversion, including referral campaigns and partnership programs.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to optimise conversion funnels and explore monetisation options such as subscriptions, premium features, and advertising.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product operations, community management, growth or market research.
• Strong understanding of Philippine culture, consumer behaviour, language environment and social‑media ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and manage user communities from scratch.
• Excellent user‑research skills, data‑driven mindset and ability to turn insights into product improvements.
• Professional proficiency in English and fluency in Filipino/Tagalog (or another Philippine language).
