About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead acquisition efforts for Clear’s Australian market. This remote, full‑time position focuses on designing and validating repeatable strategies that attract new clients, rather than closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and test a scalable acquisition framework to win Australian clients.
• Lead the marketing team in planning and executing growth campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate on tactics to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
• Report results and insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in growth or acquisition marketing.
• Leadership ability to guide a remote marketing team.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Understanding of the Australian market is a plus.
