Growth Marketing Designer – AI‑Powered Landing Pages

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Growth Marketing Designer who can combine design, copywriting, and AI‑driven workflows to produce high‑converting landing pages and digital assets. The role focuses on rapid experimentation, brand consistency, and delivering compelling customer experiences for DTC brands and agency clients.

Key responsibilities

• Use Claude to generate, iterate, and ship landing‑page copy and layouts quickly.
• Design visually compelling landing pages in Fable from concept through publication.
• Maintain consistent visual themes across multiple client assets and variants.
• Collaborate with clients to gather brand assets and guidelines for AI‑prompt generation.
• Build and maintain a library of prompts and reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Own the end‑to‑end workflow from brief to design, copy, and hand‑off for publishing.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align pages with campaign goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth‑marketing design (landing pages, sites, apps).
• Background in a fast‑paced US‑based design agency or DTC brand.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing landing pages and digital marketing assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C‑level).
• Ability to work full‑time on EST schedule.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Claude (or similar AI writing tool).
• Proficiency in Fable for AI‑assisted design.
• Expertise in Figma or comparable low‑code page‑builder tools.
• Fundamental design principles (typography, layout, hierarchy).
• Proven copywriting ability for blogs, landing pages, and site copy.
