Groups & Meetings Support Executive – French

About the role

The Groups & Meetings Support Executive provides front‑line assistance to IHG’s Regional Sales Centers across Europe, handling group enquiries and supporting the proposal and quotation process. This remote, mid‑shift position focuses on converting enquiries into bookings, maximizing revenue, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Convert group enquiries into IHG‑branded hotel bookings, aiming for optimal revenue.
• Cross‑sell to alternative IHG properties when the preferred hotel is unavailable.
• Accurately capture and update enquiry data in the designated sales systems.
• Prepare and deliver required documentation to customers and hotels.
• Proactively follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to drive conversion.
• Communicate booking status and relevant details promptly to all parties.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French and strong written and spoken English.
• Minimum one year of experience in a call‑center, hotel guest relations, sales operations, or sales support environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.
• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines at personal expense and work a permanent mid‑shift (3 pm‑12 am or 4 pm‑1 am).
• Readiness to comply with government‑mandated requirements.
