About the role
The Group Product Team Coordinator will ensure the accuracy and reliability of product data while providing day‑to‑day support for product systems. Working on‑site in Pasig City, the coordinator will also manage reporting workflows and oversee test game programs used by the product team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity across product databases and related tools.
- Provide operational support for product systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Coordinate reporting processes, gathering data and delivering regular updates to stakeholders.
- Administer test game programs, including setup, monitoring, and documentation of results.
Required profile
- Ability to work accurately with data and follow established procedures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reporting and testing activities.
- Effective communication with product and administrative teams.
