Graphic Designer – UI & Marketing Materials (Remote, Night Shift)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets for web applications and marketing initiatives. This remote, night‑shift position supports the company’s digital adoption efforts and brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain UI components for the company website and internal tools.
• Create visual assets such as in‑app graphics, landing pages, QR‑driven flows, flyers, posters, signage, and promotional emails.
• Translate product requirements, wireframes, and rough concepts into polished UI designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable components.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to support releases, pilots, and feature launches.
• Produce fast‑turn assets for center rollouts while ensuring consistency across platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and real‑world usage.

Required profile

• Strong UI design experience for web applications.
• Proven ability to design customer‑facing marketing materials (flyers, posters, signage, promotional emails).
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
