Graphic Designer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Satellite Teams is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join a fast‑paced, high‑volume creative production team serving a US‑based client. The role is fully remote from the Philippines and focuses on executing clean, on‑brand design work under the guidance of a Senior Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Produce e‑commerce assets such as A+ PDP content, web banners, and email/MMS graphics.
• Create social media visuals and assist with short‑form video editing.
• Execute packaging design tasks, including labels, color charts, and layout production.
• Perform high‑quality photo editing, beauty retouching, and color correction for product and model images.
• Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for multiple platforms and formats.
• Follow creative direction from the Senior Designer while ensuring brand consistency.
• Deliver large volumes of work with accuracy and maintain proactive communication across time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing e‑commerce and/or packaging design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and solid skills in photo editing, beauty retouching, and color correction.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with short‑form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere or similar).
• Excellent written English communication.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines and high‑volume expectations.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a professional remote work setup.
