Graphic Designer – Hybrid, Pasay City

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to create digital and print assets that support marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role blends creative design, motion graphics, and production preparation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital assets such as eDMs, landing pages, social media graphics, and display ads.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and edited video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Develop print collateral, event signage, flyers, brochures, and press advertisements.
• Build reusable design templates and asset libraries to streamline workflows.
• Prepare, check, and export print‑ready and web‑optimized files for suppliers and digital publishing.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all customer‑facing and internal touchpoints.

Required profile

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Hands‑on skills in motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of pre‑press production, print specifications, and digital file exports.
• Strong conceptual design abilities with mastery of layout, typography, and visual branding.
• Self‑starter capable of prioritising tasks and delivering under tight deadlines.
