Graphic Artist

About the role

Office Beacon is seeking a Graphic Artist to turn client ideas into compelling visual assets. In a fast‑paced, on‑site environment you will collaborate with internal teams and directly influence the visual impact of client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor emails and order systems daily to ensure timely updates and clear client communication.
• Create visual proofs, virtuals, and mockups that align with client requests, product guidelines, and brand standards.
• Redraw logos and award layouts into crisp, vector‑based designs ready for production.
• Develop original logos, layouts, and creative concepts that elevate client projects.
• Produce mockups for embroidery, sublimation, patches, and other imprint techniques.
• Follow templates, naming conventions, and art processes for organized file management.
• Collaborate with internal teams via email and Microsoft Teams to ensure smooth project flow.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience in print, awards, or promotional product environments is a plus.
