About the role

The Graphic Designer will create static and animated digital assets to support ecommerce sales, customer engagement, and CRM activities within the pet supplies category. The role demands fast-paced delivery while ensuring brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Produce digital design assets for ecommerce, including website placements, email marketing, and promotional content.
• Adapt designs across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms such as web, email, and social channels.
• Maintain consistency and quality while working with various brand guidelines.
• Design directly from creative briefs with minimal supervision and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Apply basic UX principles to ensure clarity and ease of use.
• Ensure assets meet technical requirements, including file size, layout, and device compatibility.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Understanding of core design principles such as typography, layout, spacing, and composition.
• Clear and reliable communication skills.
