Graduate Civil Engineer – Energy (Manila)

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join its Energy team in Manila. You will be mentored by senior professionals and contribute to renewable energy, power generation, transmission and distribution projects. This role offers the chance to develop expertise in sustainable infrastructure design.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake concept and detailed design of large‑scale HV infrastructure, including substations, BESS, solar and wind projects.
• Design earthworks, roads, drainage, and site layouts.
• Prepare detailed civil engineering designs, reports, technical specifications and related documentation.
• Work with civil design software such as Civil3D and 12D.
• Develop knowledge of relevant industry standards, client guidelines and regulations.
• Support digital engineering initiatives and propose innovations to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and re‑imagining engineering solutions.
