GoHighLevel Specialist – Remote Freelance

About the role

The client runs their online presence, sales pipeline, and digital marketing on GoHighLevel and needs a tech‑savvy specialist to own the platform day‑to‑day. This remote freelance position focuses on building and managing websites, funnels, CRM, and automations while leveraging AI tools for faster delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and update GoHighLevel websites, funnels, landing pages and ensure proper lead capture.
• Operate and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, workflows and automated follow‑ups.
• Create, schedule and publish social media content on Facebook, TikTok and other platforms; produce basic graphics and short‑form videos using Canva.
• Run and monitor ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, tracking performance.
• Write outreach emails, handle inbound/outbound calls, book appointments and manage calendars.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to generate websites, flyers, graphics and video edits; provide daily/weekly activity reports.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel building funnels, websites, workflows and pipelines.
• Proven use of AI tools for content creation and design.
• Experience running or monitoring ads on Facebook and/or TikTok.
• Comfortable handling client calls, appointments and calendar management.
