Global Operations Manager

About the role

TRT is seeking a Global Operations Manager to lead and harmonise processes across its offices in 15 countries. You will drive the standardisation of policies, ensure compliance, and support the delivery of enterprise IT services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and institutionalise global company policies and procedures.
• Oversee compliance for all global processes and recommend improvements.
• Manage the Global HR, Recruitment, IT Administration and Compliance teams.
• Conduct risk, post‑mortem and root‑cause analyses, applying preventive actions.
• Perform site and client visits to ensure efficient global management.
• Communicate with business units, global teams and clients to maintain clear accountability.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports for the CEO.

Required profile

• Strong global expertise in business and information technology.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
• In‑depth knowledge of global labour laws and contract management.
• Proven project, risk and analytical management skills.
• High attention to detail and a client‑first mindset.
