About the role

The HR Business Services team delivers world‑class support to Nestlé colleagues worldwide, and the Global Mobility Cluster Lead plays a strategic, customer‑centric role in managing international assignments, relocations, immigration and tax‑related mobility services.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Global Mobility services, ensuring high‑quality support for international assignments, relocations, immigration and tax compliance.
  • Monitor operational performance, productivity, service levels and customer experience to drive service excellence.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence, market stakeholders and external vendors to provide seamless mobility experiences.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation and technology‑enabled solutions to boost efficiency.
  • Manage escalations, stakeholder concerns and service‑related risks, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead operational readiness, transition activities, go‑live support and hyper‑care for new services and market implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with global guidelines, local regulations and Nestlé standards while overseeing risk management and audit requirements.
  • Develop and coach a team of Supervisors and Specialists, fostering a high‑performing, customer‑centric culture.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations or Shared Services, including leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of international assignments, relocations, immigration, mobility compliance and expatriate administration.
  • Proven experience in leading global or shared‑services operations, service expansions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across global and regional organisations.
  • Experience managing external vendors such as immigration, relocation and tax partners.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, using data to drive operational decisions.
  • Experience working in a multinational, matrixed environment and familiarity with mobility technology platforms.
