About the role

The Global Mobility Cluster Lead will drive strategic, customer‑centric mobility services that support Nestlé’s global workforce, ensuring compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement across international assignments, relocations, immigration and tax‑related services.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Global Mobility services, covering assignments, relocations, immigration and tax compliance.
  • Monitor operational performance, productivity, service levels and customer experience to ensure service excellence.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence, market stakeholders and external providers to create seamless mobility experiences.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation and technology‑enabled solutions.
  • Manage escalations, stakeholder concerns and service‑related risks with timely resolution.
  • Support expansion of Mobility services into new markets and oversee operational transitions, go‑live support and hyper‑care.
  • Drive standardisation of processes while ensuring compliance with global guidelines and local regulations.
  • Oversee controls, risk management, audit requirements and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy and continuous monitoring of assignee records.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Supervisors and Specialists, fostering a high‑performing, customer‑centric culture.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations or Shared Services, including leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of international assignments, relocations, immigration, mobility compliance and expatriate administration.
  • Understanding of immigration requirements, work permits and cross‑border employment regulations.
  • Familiarity with international tax regulations and tax equalisation principles.
  • Proven experience in leading global or shared‑services operations, transitions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across global organisations.
  • Experience managing external vendors such as immigration, relocation and tax partners.
