Global Events Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Turnitin is seeking a Global Events Specialist to design, execute and evaluate virtual and in‑person events that showcase its B2B SaaS solutions for the education technology market. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create engaging experiences for educators, administrators and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver webinars, conferences, workshops and roundtables that promote Turnitin’s SaaS products.
• Coordinate event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts and track expenses to ensure cost‑effective execution.
• Partner with regional marketing, sales, creative and solutions engineering to align event content, messaging and branding.
• Drive attendance through email campaigns, social media promotion and targeted outreach.
• Manage logistics including registration, speaker coordination, AV setup and on‑site support.
• Develop event collateral such as presentations, agendas and promotional materials.
• Measure event success using attendance, lead generation and post‑event surveys, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and best practices to innovate event strategies.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience planning and executing B2B SaaS or education‑technology events.
• Proven ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating event metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
