GL Accountant – Global Ledger Specialist

About the role

KMC Solutions is looking for a skilled GL Accountant to join its Accounting team. You will play a key role in the monthly close process, collaborate across functions, and support internal automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare global bank account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Assist with implementation and UAT for a new cash management system.
• Prepare intercompany, reclass, accrual, COGS, and SBC/equity journal entries and perform related analysis.
• Conduct month‑end flux variance analysis using Numeric.
• Prepare additional general ledger reconciliations as needed.
• Provide audit support and ensure SOX‑compliant processes.

Required profile

• Graduate of Accounting or Finance.
• 4‑5 years of GL accounting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Team player capable of managing multiple projects.

Required skills

• Netsuite (including CSV imports and saved searches).
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
