General Manager – Philippines

About the role

Doctor Anywhere is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead its fast‑growing healthtech business in the Philippines. You will own the country’s full P&L, set strategic direction, and drive AI‑enabled transformation to make healthcare more accessible and affordable.

Key responsibilities

• Incorporate AI‑driven insights and tools into strategic and operating plans to accelerate growth and efficiency.
• Own the country strategy and P&L, set bold targets and execute relentlessly.
• Identify and activate new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market footprint.
• Drive commercial performance with full accountability for revenue, cost and profitability.
• Champion AI fluency across the team, embedding AI tools into daily workflows.
• Build, inspire and lead a high‑performing local team, fostering an AI‑native culture.
• Monitor regulatory landscape and competitive dynamics, turning intelligence into action.
• Uphold governance standards, ensuring policies and legal obligations are embedded.
• Apply AI‑powered audience segmentation, personalisation and campaign optimisation to maximise user acquisition, engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a high‑growth healthtech business.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen with full P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption across business operations.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine healthcare regulatory environment.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
