GDS Cyber Alliances Operations Specialist (Assistant Director)

About the role

EY is hiring a GDS Cyber Alliances Operations Specialist (Assistant Director) in Taguig, Philippines, within the GDS Alliances Partner Operations CoE. It is a manager-level role that strengthens how the Cyber Alliance ecosystem is operationalized, governed, measured and scaled, acting as an operations and insights partner to Cyber Alliance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive disciplined execution across governance cadences, stakeholder requests, delivery commitments, action tracking, issue resolution and operational follow-through.
• Analyze revenue, sales, pipeline, opportunity, partner program, certification, enablement and stakeholder data to turn it into actionable insights on trends, risks, gaps and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, insight packs and executive views that go beyond reporting to give interpretation, context and recommended actions.
• Strengthen pipeline and opportunity management through alliance tagging, data quality, pursuit tracking, account visibility, book-of-business hygiene and escalation management.
• Lead operational enablement for partner programs, including tool and portal administration, access governance, certification and competency tracking, and stakeholder support.
• Run a continuous process improvement agenda: simplify processes, standardize ways of working, improve controls, reduce manual effort, strengthen documentation and identify automation, workflow redesign and Agentic AI opportunities.
• Maintain operational knowledge assets such as process guides, partner program materials, reference repositories, enablement content and stakeholder trackers.
• Support leadership forums, strategic engagements with alliance partners, and coordination with Investment, Legal, Finance, Compliance and enablement teams.
• Partner with onshore enablement contacts and support global agreement localization and partner program obligations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with responsiveness, clarity, prioritization and delivery transparency.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of alliance operations, cyber or technology services, partner ecosystems, opportunity life cycles, sales enablement, professional services operations and GCC/shared services delivery models.
• Ability to interpret operational, pipeline, financial, certification, enablement and stakeholder data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Ability to create executive narratives, insight packs, dashboards, briefings and business reviews linking performance to Cyber Alliance priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
