Fund Accounting Manager – Hybrid Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to lead private‑equity fund accounting operations on a night‑shift schedule. The role combines team leadership, reporting oversight, control implementation and continuous process improvement within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end private‑equity fund accounting, ensuring accurate valuation and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of accountants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee regulatory and internal controls, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Drive process enhancements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund accounting, preferably within private‑equity or asset‑management environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage night‑shift operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
