About the role

RZR is seeking a Full‑Cycle Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines. Working on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours, you will own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple functions, from intake to offer closure, and help shape the company’s talent strategy in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and design efficient interview processes.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach tailored to the local market.
• Maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines with timely communication and feedback.
• Keep Greenhouse records accurate, tracking postings, candidate stages, and pipeline data.
• Report on recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, and source of hire.
• Represent RZR at local hiring events and contribute to employer branding in the Philippines.
• Identify friction points in the recruiting process and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technology company or fast‑growing startup.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine talent market.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment and align with US business hours.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
