Full Stack Web Developer

About the role

Asiacruit is seeking a proactive Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain reliable web applications and APIs. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality software that provides great user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and APIs using modern front‑end and back‑end technologies.
• Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces that work consistently across browsers and devices.
• Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs, integrate with databases and third‑party services.
• Write clean, maintainable code with documentation and automated tests (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, proposing improvements for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineers to deliver features on schedule.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code review practices, and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through team learning activities.
• Stay informed about emerging web technologies and evaluate their adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing full‑stack web applications.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to best practices in testing, security, and performance.
