Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid, Manila)

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications for its clients. The role is hybrid, based in Metro Manila, and offers the chance to work across both frontend and backend technologies in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and manage relational and/or NoSQL databases to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring to ensure system reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and a modern framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Hands‑on experience with backend languages like Java, C#, Node.js, Python or PHP.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git‑based workflows.
