Full Stack Developer

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain business‑critical web and mobile applications. The role involves working on Progressive Web Applications, backend services, and integrations with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in Pasay.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications, including Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Build and support backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work within distributed codebases, following version‑control and development standards.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and the Flask framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Experience using Git or other version‑control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
