Full Stack Developer – Hybrid (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its hybrid team in Cagayan De Oro. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components of web applications, turning functional requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Design, implement, and optimise relational database structures.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and a modern framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Java, C#, Python or PHP.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git workflows.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerisation tools like Docker.
• Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• Exposure to microservices architecture and event‑driven systems.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
