About the role

Fresha is looking for a French‑speaking Partner Onboarding Specialist to join its Professional Services team in Manila. You will guide new partners through the Fresha ecosystem, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid adoption of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the onboarding process, set expectations and define project plans.
• Train and support partners on the Fresha platform to drive adoption.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks and maintain high data accuracy during migration.
• Track project timelines, update task status and record all correspondence.
• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, manage risks and address objections.
• Understand partner business needs and demonstrate how Fresha solves their challenges.
• Research competitor solutions, document processes and champion continuous improvement.
• Deliver product training and ensure a seamless handover to account teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong quality‑assurance mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curious about the beauty and wellness industry and its operational workflows.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage risks and handle objections.
