Freelance Project Manager – Creative Agency

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to support its creative teams across multiple regions. Based in Manila, you will act as the bridge between clients and designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project briefings, timelines, and deliverables with internal creative hubs in Malaysia, Turkey, Mexico and other ASEAN locations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing queries promptly and providing status updates.
• Oversee workflow, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to OLIVER’s processes and quality standards.
• Consolidate local market reports and produce final regional reporting for clients.
• Identify and implement improvements to cross‑market ways of working.

• Strong client‑management abilities with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent organisational skills to filter workflow and maximise team productivity.
• Ability to understand and follow client-specific ways of working.
