Fraud Case Associate

About the role
The Fraud Case Associate is responsible for handling disputed card transactions, investigating potential fraud, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role supports 24/7 operations and works closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Process and resolve disputed MasterCard, VISA, and BancNet transactions.
- Maintain and update lost or cancelled account listings in the MasterCard Account Management System.
- Monitor subsidiary ledgers and ensure timely disposition of float items.
- Prepare regulatory reports and monthly/quarterly compliance reports for BancNet and MasterCard.
- Generate MIS reports for management decision‑making.
- Identify and report fraudulent activities to partners and relevant banks.
- Conduct enhanced due diligence and investigations on reported fraud cases.
- Manage mailbox communications, respond to RFIs, and submit required regulatory filings (STR/RCL).
- Provide customer support for dispute resolution and handle complaints from branches and contact centers.
- Participate in user acceptance testing related to department functions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior fraud handling experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Makati and on a shifting schedule.
