FP&A Manager – Onsite, Quezon City, Day Shift

About the role

EMAPTA is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis for a leading Australian retail group. The role is based onsite in Quezon City and operates on a day‑shift schedule with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision‑making.
• Produce insightful commercial analysis to drive profitability across the retail business.
• Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and business partners to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a retail or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
