Forex Country Manager – Philippines

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for the Philippines, you will lead DB Investing’s expansion in the local market. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing sales team, forging partnerships with Introducing Brokers, and driving client acquisition across retail and institutional segments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute market‑entry strategies to increase DB Investing’s market share in the Philippines.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new high‑net‑worth and institutional clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to broaden distribution channels.
• Build, coach, and manage a local sales and business‑development team.
• Ensure all activities comply with Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments, and local regulations.
• Established network of clients and IBs in the Philippines.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
