Food Service Supervisor

About the role

The Food Service (Area Sales) Supervisor leads growth, management and development of the foodservice segment in the Greater Manila Area, overseeing both traditional and non‑traditional accounts such as hotels, QSRs, fine‑dining restaurants, cafés and government institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own volume and revenue targets for the foodservice channel across Greater Manila, North and South Luzon.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, define KPIs and produce regular growth‑metric reports.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term strategies to expand the foodservice footprint.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in traditional segments and government procurement.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, GMs, head chefs and procurement heads; lead ideation workshops and joint‑business planning.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling to increase share among existing customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design promotional campaigns and with Product Development to create menu‑specific applications and new product concepts.
• Formulate pricing programs that improve market penetration while protecting margins.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to spot opportunities and threats.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team, including the Foodservice Consultant, to achieve targets and develop talent.
• Represent the company at industry associations, trade shows and government procurement forums.
• Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Culinary, Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development within food, hospitality or related industries.
• Track record of leading a sales team and handling major foodservice accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional appearance.
• Strategic thinker capable of analyzing trends and delivering business growth.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and organized with solid decision‑making skills.
• Passion for the food industry, knowledge of culinary trends and appreciation of diverse food cultures.
