Food and Beverages Supervisor

About the role

The Food and Beverages Supervisor leads training and development initiatives across multiple brand locations, ensuring food safety, operational consistency, and high‑performance teams. This role supports new store openings, gathers feedback, and documents training outcomes to uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging food safety training sessions and monitor trainee pass rates.
• Lead brand‑specific training programs, ensuring SOP compliance.
• Support multiple brands to maintain uniform brand representation.
• Identify and develop employees who can champion the brand.
• Foster teamwork and a collaborative environment.
• Assist with new store launches, including staff training and brand alignment.
• Collect and act on feedback from employees and customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of training, policy violations, and incidents.
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative tasks with management.
• Implement training programs that meet leadership‑defined development benchmarks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a food service or quick‑service restaurant setting.
• Preferably 6 months–1 year as a senior crew member, team leader, or trainer.
• Senior high school graduate; college education in HRM, tourism, or education is a plus.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and willingness to mentor.
• Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, extended hours, and store reassignments.
