Fitness Coach – Personalized Training & Wellness

About the role
The Fitness Coach delivers safe, effective, and personalized fitness coaching to help members reach their health and fitness goals. Working as a wellness professional, the coach collaborates with nutritionists and physical therapists to provide a complete wellness journey.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments for new and existing members.
- Create customized exercise programs tailored to individual goals.
- Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching sessions.
- Ensure members receive an outstanding fitness experience.
- Collaborate with Nutritionist and Physical Therapist to integrate nutrition and rehabilitation guidance.
- Motivate members to stay engaged and committed to their fitness plans.
Required profile
- Valid NBI Clearance or Police Clearance.
- Active membership in SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.
- Passion for health, fitness, and member wellbeing.
Required skills
- Fitness assessments.
- Exercise program design.
- Personal training and group coaching.
