Financial Specialist

About the role

AXA Philippines is seeking a full‑time Financial Specialist to join its Dagupan office. You will help clients define their financial goals and design customized insurance and investment solutions that protect, save, and grow their wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and objectives.
• Explain AXA life and general insurance products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare financial proposals, assist with policy applications, and support ongoing servicing.
• Monitor client portfolios, generate basic financial reports and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members on sales campaigns and product briefings.
• Participate in training sessions and maintain accurate records in AXA systems.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and financial planning.
• Analytical mindset with experience in basic financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills to build client trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in insurance, banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Goal‑oriented, high integrity and customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dagupan and pursue ongoing training and certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for preparing presentations, reports and client documentation.
