Financial Reporting Officer – Finance

About the role

The Financial Reporting Officer will oversee the company’s financial reporting activities, support management decision‑making, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and report financial performance against key business metrics.
• Develop budgets and regular forecasts in coordination with head office requirements.
• Oversee month‑end closing, ensuring all revenue, expense, pre‑payment, and depreciation entries are accurately recorded.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, billing schedules, collections, and vendor terms.
• Maintain banking relationships and lead statutory audit and tax reporting processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Supervise billing, payments, revenue reconciliations, and general‑ledger analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Big 4 environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, GAAP, and SEC regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement fiscal policies and internal controls.
