Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team in Makati. This full‑time, on‑site position will support Metropole Laundry & Dry Cleaning Group by delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial models.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and senior management to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Identify cost‑efficiency opportunities and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support strategic planning initiatives and ad‑hoc financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
