Financial Controller – With Pronto Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance function, overseeing reporting, compliance, and operational performance. The role works closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial direction and data‑driven insights that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP and statutory requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and provide actionable performance insights.
• Mentor and develop a finance team of 5‑15 members, setting objectives and KPIs.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls, improve accounting processes and ERP utilization.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Provide financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives across functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10‑15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, FP&A, compliance and audit management.
• Proven ability to manage finance teams of 5‑15+ members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
