Financial Audit Analyst

About the role

The Financial Audit Analyst will support the audit team by executing audit plans, verifying financial records, and providing insightful analysis of financial data. This position involves both fieldwork and office-based tasks, requiring a detail‑oriented mindset and willingness to travel for out‑of‑town assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial audits according to the audit plan prepared by the immediate supervisor.
• Prepare and submit audit reports on time, ensuring all findings are addressed through an action plan.
• Verify figures, documents, and account details, and summarize data trends for financial control.
• Conduct cash counts for petty cash, unremitted cash sales, expense receipts, and cash replenishment processes.
• Inventory accountable forms (e.g., SI/DR, CR/PR), reconcile with log books, and review SAP postings.
• Monitor accounts receivable (B4‑5 listings), generate reconciliation reports, identify credit deviations, and confirm overdue customer accounts when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in financial audit or accounting (internal or external) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of data‑analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fair understanding of auditing techniques, principles, and SAP system.
• Honest, hardworking, detail‑oriented, and willing to travel for audit assignments.
