Financial Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist

About the role

eFlexervices is seeking a Financial Analyst who will serve as the subject‑matter expert for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting initiatives while automating processes through OfficeConnect.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to gather, analyse and consolidate budgets and maintain detailed budget models.
• Prepare variance reports and support a 5‑year forecast to assess credit position and long‑term planning.
• Own implementation, optimisation and scaling of Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect across the finance function.
• Design and maintain automated financial report packages, board presentations and KPI dashboards.
• Conduct variance analyses, review earned reports for accuracy and reconcile acquisition revenue.
• Assist the A/P & D/B Manager with corporate surveys and ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls and finance policies.
• Identify and recommend process‑improvement opportunities to replace manual spreadsheet workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a financial analyst with strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate financial insights effectively.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.
