Financial Analyst - Management Reporting

About the role

Lendi Group, a digital mortgage and property franchise business, is hiring a Finance Analyst within its Finance Business Partnering Team in Makati. The role focuses on management reporting, financial analysis, variance analysis and commercial insights, delivering monthly reports, dashboards and KPI packs and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for management reporting cycles with trend and variance analysis
• Deliver clear, insightful dashboards and KPI reports
• Partner across teams to align on financial data and business drivers
• Drive reporting process improvements and automation
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and special financial projects
• Respond to ad-hoc financial analysis requests

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, ideally CPA qualified or working towards it
• 3 to 5 years' experience in finance analysis, reporting or commercial finance
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Clear communicator with excellent English, comfortable working with international teams

Required skills

• Strong financial knowledge, especially variance and trend analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Maintaining forecasting and planning tools such as Excel, Anaplan or similar
• Experience with Anaplan, Power BI or similar tools is a bonus
